How do I book a photo session?
You can reach us by phone, email, or through the contact form on our website. Our team will get back to you within 24 hours.
How soon will I receive my finished photos?
Standard turnaround is 3-7 business days, depending on the type of service. Express delivery is available for an additional fee.
What happens in case of bad weather?
For outdoor sessions, if the weather turns bad, we'll reschedule to the nearest available date at no extra charge.
Can I change outfits during the shoot?
Of course! Outfit changes are included in the Premium and VIP packages. With the Standard package, an extra 30 minutes will be added to your session.
What's the best age for a newborn photo session?
The ideal age for a newborn session is 5-14 days after birth, when babies sleep a lot and settle into poses easily. We recommend booking in advance, during your third trimester.
Pricing & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfer, and online payment. A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Are there any additional costs?
The price includes everything listed in the package. Retouching of extra photos, printing, and travel to outside locations are priced separately.
Do you offer installment payments?
Yes, for larger projects (weddings, corporate events) payment can be split into 2-3 installments.
How much does a photo session cost?
Prices start at 150 GEL for a portrait session. Pricing for each service is listed on its page. Contact us for a custom quote.
Photoshoot
Do I need to bring my own stylist or makeup artist?
Makeup and styling are included in the Premium and VIP packages. You can also book our styling & makeup service separately.
How many photos will I receive?
The number varies by package. Standard: 10-15, Premium: 25-30, VIP: 50+. All photos are professionally edited.
Can I choose my photos before editing?
Yes! With the Premium and VIP packages, you'll get an online proofing gallery where you pick your favorite shots yourself.
Video
What quality do you shoot video in?
We shoot in 4K with professional cinema cameras. The final product is available in both 4K and 1080p.
How long does it take to produce a video?
Short videos (30 seconds - 2 minutes) are delivered within 5-7 business days. For full-length videos, the timeline is set individually.
