A regular portrait wants soft light - skin smooth, shadows gentle. Fitness is the exact opposite. Hard, directional light with controlled shadow is what brings out definition, separation and skin texture, which is precisely what you spent months building. Under soft light the same physique reads flat.
We work with studio strobes on a dark background and a high-contrast scheme. The frame is built step by step: the lighting first, then the pose, then the detail - shoulder angle, tension in the arm, where you are in the breath. You do not need to know how to pose. We tell you everything on the spot, and you see the frames on screen as we shoot.
Who it is for: the trainer whose Instagram has to convert into clients. The athlete who needs a portfolio for a sponsor or a federation. The gym that wants its own visuals instead of stock photography. Or simply the person who wants a year and a half of work kept in one frame.

For a fitness session the preparation matters as much as the shoot itself - and we help with the preparation from the day you book.
We work out what the frames are for - Instagram, a sponsor, or gym advertising. The style and the wardrobe follow from that.
As soon as you book you get a short checklist: water intake the day before, your last meal, what to wear and what to avoid, and a light pump 20-30 minutes before we start.
In the studio or at your gym, 1-4 hours depending on the package. We start with a simple scheme and build from there - you see the frames on screen throughout.
We pick the strongest frames together, edit them by hand and send the online gallery within 5-7 business days.
