Wedding Video — Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the wedding video take?
Full delivery takes 21–30 business days. You will receive a 1–2 minute teaser during the first week, followed by the highlight and then the full film.
What music do you use?
Licensed music. You're also welcome to suggest your favorite songs — we'll do our best to include them.
What format will I receive the video in?
You will receive two versions: a 3–5 minute highlight film for social media and a 30–60 minute full documentary version covering the important moments of the whole day. Both are delivered in Full HD or 4K resolution.
What will the audio quality be like?
We use lavalier microphones on the officiant and the groom during the ceremony, and a boom mic for the toasts. Background music is separately licensed. The sound is studio-grade — poor audio ruins a video no matter how beautiful the picture is.
What's included in the price — are there any hidden fees?
The price shown on the page is final. It includes the lead videographer and assistant, full-day coverage, 4K filming, aerial drone footage, professional audio recording, editing, color grading and licensed music. Additional services (overtime, an additional location or rush delivery) are quoted separately and agreed upon in advance.
How do I pay — what payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfer, card payments at the studio (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and online payments via TBC Pay and BOG iPay. A small deposit (30%) is due at booking, with the balance payable on the day of the shoot or upon receiving your photos.
