A photoshoot that stays in one place does not suit Tbilisi. The city changes every twenty minutes: from the tiled facades of the sulphur baths to the walls of Narikala, then on to the blue light of the Peace Bridge. We build the route - choosing locations around the light on your day, with transport between them included. All you have to do is turn up.

The same street at seven in the morning and at two in the afternoon is two different places. In the narrow lanes of the sulphur bath district, midday sun throws hard black shadows across a face - in the same spot in the morning the light bounces softly off the walls. The panorama from Mtatsminda is flat at noon; at golden hour the city separates into layers.
So we build the route around the clock first and the map second. For your date we work out when the sun sets, where we need to be at that moment, and what is reachable from where - and only then do we write the order of locations. You get the plan right after booking.
In practice it looks like this: in one session you get two or three completely different backdrops - the texture of the old town, the city seen from above, and a modern urban frame - and you move between them by car, with no hunting for streets on foot.
These are the four windows worth shooting in Tbilisi. The times are seasonal - the range covers summer to winter.

Sunrise
Empty streets, no tourists yet, low clean light. The only time you can get a frame in the bath district without a crowd in it.
09:00 - 12:00
Morning
Soft, diffused light. The green locations - the Botanical Garden and the climb up to Narikala - work best in these hours.
16:35 - 20:50
Golden hour
The last hour before sunset. Warm, low light and long shadows. This is the window for panoramas: Mtatsminda, the Sololaki rooftops, Turtle Lake.
20-40 min after sunset
Blue hour
The city lights come on while the sky is still blue. The Peace Bridge, Rike Park and Metekhi look their best in these twenty minutes.
We calculate the exact times for your date and build the route around them - the plan reaches you as soon as you book.

The most recognisable Tbilisi: domed sulphur baths, the mosaic-tiled facade, cobblestones, wooden balconies and wall textures that work as a backdrop on their own. A frame here reads as Tbilisi immediately and could not be anywhere else.

Fortress walls · cable car · botanical garden · city views
Going up above the city for a frame with the whole of Tbilisi behind you. The stone fortress walls give a hard, graphic background; the Botanical Garden gives the opposite - green and quiet. The cable car runs up from Rike, so this zone links naturally to the one before it.

The river · modern architecture · flea market
The modern side of the city. Glass and steel on the Peace Bridge, the river, open space - a sharp contrast to the old town. The Dry Bridge market adds a lived-in, urban texture to the frame.

Funicular · panorama · the lake · Sololaki balconies
The widest view of the city and its quietest corners. From Mtatsminda you see all of Tbilisi; at Turtle Lake there is water and greenery; in the Sololaki courtyards, old balconies and faded colour. We often finish the route here, at sunset.

The whole session runs in English, with no interpreter - the posing direction included. Communication before booking is in English too: email, WhatsApp or a call.

Tell us where you are staying and when you fly out - we build the route around the light on that day and your own timetable, and send it to you in advance.

You do not need posing experience. Where to stand, where to walk, where to look - we direct all of it on the spot.

For a visitor, time is the thing that matters - so the process is built to ask as little preparation from you as possible.
