What format will I receive the video in?
MP4 (H.264 or H.265) for all platforms. ProRes, MOV, or other formats available on request.
How many minutes of raw footage can you edit?
Unlimited. Pricing depends on the final video's length and complexity, not the amount of raw footage.
What files do I start with?
We work with any source: 4K, GoPro, smartphone, drone. Send your files via Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer. Before handoff, we hold one 30-minute briefing call: style, length, music preferences, and deliverable format.
What's included in the price — are there hidden fees?
The price you see on the page is final. It covers the shoot, hand retouching, high-resolution photo delivery, and an online gallery. Extras (large-format printing, photo albums, rush delivery) are quoted separately and agreed upon in advance.
How do I pay — what payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfer, card payments at the studio (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and online payment via TBC Pay and BOG iPay. A small deposit (30%) is required at booking; the balance is due on the day of the shoot or upon receiving your photos.
Where are you located? Is there parking?
Emma Studio is located at 29 Zovreti Street in Saburtalo. Our second address is 70 Alexander Kazbegi Avenue.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Rescheduling is free with at least 48 hours' notice. For last-minute changes or cancellations, the deposit is non-refundable, since your date was blocked and we couldn't take another booking. In cases of emergency or illness, we handle things reasonably.
