What's included in the price — are there hidden fees?
The price you see on this page is final. It covers the shoot, hand-crafted retouching, high-resolution photo delivery, and an online gallery. Add-ons such as large-format prints, photo albums, or rush delivery are quoted separately and agreed upon in advance.
How do I pay — what payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfer, card payments at the studio (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and online payments via TBC Pay and BOG iPay. A small deposit (30%) is due at booking; the balance is paid on the day of the shoot or upon receiving your photos.
Where are you located? Is there parking?
Emma Studio is located at 29 Zovreti Street in Saburtalo. Our second address is 70 Alexander Kazbegi Avenue.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Rescheduling is free if you let us know at least 48 hours in advance. For last-minute changes or cancellations, the deposit is non-refundable, since the date was blocked and we couldn't take another client. In cases of emergency or illness, we approach things reasonably.
