A session for a large team
For groups of roughly more than 50 employees, a per-employee rate no longer applies. This type of session takes 2-3 full days at your location, with one fixed setup and a planned schedule - not 150 separate sessions. We therefore prepare a project quote, agreed in advance based on volume, locations, and schedule.

The individual business portrait package includes 10-15 retouched photos, and every image receives color correction. In team packages, each employee receives 3 retouched photos. Finished files are available to download from an online gallery.
What should I wear?+

How long does a 20-person team session take, and will it interrupt our workday?+
For a team of 20, we plan the schedule and setup in advance so the session fits the rhythm of the workday. Each employee arrives at an assigned time, while the lighting and background remain unchanged. This keeps team headshots efficient and consistent.
What is included in the price?+
The price includes a professional lighting setup, selection of backgrounds and compositions, retouching, color correction for every image, and an online gallery. The individual package includes 2-3 backgrounds and compositions, while team packages use one shared corporate style.
How do I pay?+
A 30% deposit is due when booking, with the balance payable on the session day or when the photos are received. Payment is available by cash, bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards, as well as online through TBC Pay and BOG iPay.
Where are you located, and what if I need to reschedule?+
Studio addresses are 29 Zovreti Street, Saburtalo, Tbilisi and 70 Alexander Kazbegi Avenue. Rescheduling is free when you notify us 48 hours in advance. For last-minute cancellations, the deposit is non-refundable.
