Is parental consent required?
Yes — the school is responsible for obtaining parental consent. We only work with the school's authorization.
Can you also take class photos?
Of course! We can shoot class group photos alongside the event or as a separate session.
Do children's photos require parental permission?
For school events — always. We require parental consent forms before the event. Photos are for the school's internal distribution only. Publishing on social media requires written permission for each individual photo.
What's included in the price — are there any hidden fees?
The price you see on this page is final. It includes the shoot, hand-editing, high-resolution photo delivery, and an online gallery. Additional services (large-format printing, photo albums, rush delivery) are quoted separately and agreed upon in advance.
How do I pay — what payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfer, card payments at the studio (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and online payments via TBC Pay and BOG iPay. A small deposit (30%) is due at booking, with the balance payable on the day of the shoot or upon receiving your photos.
Where are you located? Is there parking?
Emma Studio is located at 29 Zovreti Street in Saburtalo. Our second address is 70 Alexander Kazbegi Avenue.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Rescheduling is free with at least 48 hours' notice. For last-minute changes or cancellations, the deposit is non-refundable, as the date was reserved and we couldn't take another booking. In cases of emergency or health issues, we approach things with understanding.
