How many photographers work the wedding?

The standard package includes a lead photographer and an assistant. A third photographer can be added if needed.

How soon will I receive the photos?

Accepted Answer

Wedding photo editing takes 14–21 business days. Within 48 hours, you'll receive 20–30 of the best shots as a sneak peek.

Question 3

What's included in the price — are there hidden costs?

Accepted Answer

The price you see on this page is final. It covers the shoot, hand-editing, delivery of high-resolution photos, and an online gallery. Additional services (large-format printing, photo albums, rush delivery) are priced separately and agreed upon in advance.

How do I pay — what payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept cash, bank transfer, card payments at the studio (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and online payment via TBC Pay and BOG iPay. A small deposit (30%) is due at booking; the balance is paid on the day of the shoot or when you receive your photos.

Where are you located? Is there parking?

Accepted Answer

Emma Studio is located at 70 Al. Kazbegi Avenue in Saburtalo, at the Vazha-Pshavela and Kazbegi intersection, right next to City Mall. There's free parking in front of the building - for larger groups we can fit 2-3 cars together. It's a 5-minute walk from Delisi metro station.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Accepted Answer

Rescheduling is free with at least 48 hours' notice. For last-minute changes or cancellations, the deposit is non-refundable — your date was blocked off and we couldn't take another client. In cases of emergency or illness, we approach things reasonably.

Question 7

Who owns the rights to the photos?

Accepted Answer

You hold full rights to the digital files — print them, post them on social media, send them to relatives, archive them. We only ask permission to feature photos in our portfolio, and that happens only with your written consent. If you'd rather we didn't, we won't publish them.
