Airbnb Photography: Professional Apartment Photos and Prices

Airbnb photography gives your apartment listing a clear, professional set of images showing the rooms, layout, light and details that matter to a prospective guest. A renovated kitchen, a comfortable bedroom or a balcony view can be difficult to appreciate when pictures are dark, walls appear tilted or important parts of the room are missing.
At Emma Studio, a photographer specialising in real estate photography captures apartments and houses with professional equipment and specialist interior lenses. The aim is high image quality and an accurate impression of the property: guests should understand where they will sleep, prepare breakfast and spend time during their stay.
Airbnb photography prices
Our professional photography service for Airbnb apartments and houses is priced by room count:
- Up to 3 rooms, inclusive: USD 200.
- 4 to 8 rooms, inclusive: USD 300.
- More than 8 rooms: USD 500.
These are photography service prices. Send us the address and room count, and mention any terrace, garden or other space you want included in the listing. This helps us understand the property and which areas deserve particular attention before the shoot.
Room count does not automatically mean bedroom count. If your apartment has two bedrooms and a separate living room, mention both. For an open-plan or unusual layout, send a short description so we can confirm the applicable price in advance. We will also agree on the number of photographs, delivery timing and shoot schedule before the work begins.
Why choose a real estate photographer
Interiors present particular challenges. Strong window light can leave the opposite side of a room in shadow. A small bedroom offers limited camera positions, mirrors can reveal the photographer, and an unsuitable angle can distort walls and furniture.
Your property is photographed by a specialist in real estate photography. Specialist lenses, an appropriate camera height and considered lighting help show each room clearly. The goal is a professional image with natural-looking interiors, readable details and a truthful sense of space.
Each room needs its own approach. A living room may benefit from a broad view, while a bedroom needs an angle that explains the relationship between the bed, window and available floor space. Learn more on our real estate photography service page.
What your apartment photos should show
A useful photo series lets someone explore the property before arriving. Close-ups of a lamp or coffee cup cannot explain how the kitchen connects to the living room. Start with the main spaces and support them with relevant details.
- Living room and seating area.
- Each bedroom and its bed layout.
- Kitchen and dining space.
- Bathroom and facilities available to guests.
- Balcony, terrace or garden accessible during the stay.
- Workspace, views and other real features.
Photograph what the guest will actually receive. If there is a desk, show its position and lighting. If there is a balcony, include a view that explains its size. A close-up of the scenery alone cannot show whether there is space to sit outside.

How to prepare your property
Prepare the apartment as you would for a guest arriving. Straighten the bedding, clean mirrors and glass, clear kitchen surfaces and remove personal belongings. Chargers, cleaning products and packaging can distract from the interior.
Pay particular attention to the bed, dining table and bathroom. Large, tidy surfaces make the room easier to read. Check the lamps and leave access to windows so curtains and blinds can be adjusted when choosing the lighting.
Extra decoration is not essential. A few coordinated objects that belong in the apartment are often enough. Avoid adding furniture or appliances for the shoot that will not be available during the stay. Make a short list of features you want the photographer to notice, such as a reading corner, wooden flooring or access to the balcony.
How to arrange photos in your Airbnb listing
Choose a cover image that clearly shows a meaningful feature of the accommodation. That might be a bright living room, a distinctive bedroom or a furnished terrace. The image should tell the guest something about the property, beyond showing an isolated decorative object.
Follow with room overviews and then the relevant details. Many similar angles of the same room can make other spaces harder to find. Different information is more useful: the bed layout, kitchen facilities, bathroom and work area.
Add concise, accurate captions. “Separate bedroom with a double bed” is more informative than “comfortable surroundings”. Identify shared areas where applicable. The photographs and written description should tell the same story so guests do not have to guess what is included.

When to update your listing photos
New photographs are useful when the listing no longer reflects the apartment as it is today. Replaced furniture, renovations, a new workspace or a finished terrace will not appear in an older set of images. It is also worth updating a series that leaves out an important room.
Look at the listing from a guest's perspective. Is the layout understandable? Is the bathroom visible? Can you picture where you would put a suitcase or eat a meal? If answering these questions requires a lengthy exchange, more informative photographs can help.
Good images make the accommodation easier to assess. Bookings also depend on location, price, guest reviews and other conditions. Photography should communicate the property's actual strengths clearly and professionally.
