We photograph a complete, consistent series so a buyer or guest can understand the property through the images. Final files are ready for websites and listing portals.

Complete interior coverage
We photograph every main room and functional area. Each space receives 2-3 angles, while bathrooms, kitchens, balconies, and other important details are documented separately.

Exteriors and views
The series includes the building exterior, yard, views from balconies or windows, and, when needed, surrounding-area images. An additional 3-5 photos are planned for the exterior.

Retouched photos
Delivery includes 20-40 retouched photos, depending on the package and scale of the property. We refine exposure, color, and small visual details while keeping every image natural.

HDR photography
HDR technique preserves detail in both window views and the shaded areas of a room. The result is more balanced and easier to read, even in challenging daylight.

Virtual staging

We confirm the property type, size, and intended use of the images. We discuss whether you need apartment photography, commercial space photography, Airbnb photography, or additional video and drone coverage.

Preparation
We review the property in advance and send staging recommendations with a detailed checklist. A clean, orderly space produces stronger results, so we also plan the shooting route.

Photography
We work directly at your property. We photograph every room, exterior, and view. Wide-angle lenses, HDR technique, and professional lighting help the space appear clear and true to life.

Delivery
We complete HDR processing, color correction, and retouching, then prepare optimized files. Standard delivery is 3-5 business days, with expedited delivery available in 48 hours for an additional fee.

+995 593 455 678Should I prepare the apartment before the shoot?+
Yes. A clean, orderly space looks much better in the frame. Before the shoot, we will send a detailed checklist and staging recommendations: what to remove from view, what to leave, and which areas need special attention. This reduces delays on the day and makes interior photography more precise.
How many photos does one apartment need?+
It depends on the size and number of rooms. A 1-room apartment usually needs 8-10 photos, a 2-room apartment 15-20, and a 3+ room apartment or house 25-35. We photograph 2-3 angles in each room, plus bathrooms, kitchens, balconies, and views.
Is drone photography included?+
Drone photography is not included in the standard package. It is available in the Premium package or as a separate drone package for 150 ₾ and includes 4K aerial video and 5-10 aerial photos. Our team arranges the necessary permits, including registration with the Civil Aviation Agency. This format is especially useful for villas, duplexes, and land plots.
What's included in the price?+
The core real estate photography scope includes complete interior coverage, exteriors and views, HDR photography, retouched photos, and formats optimized for websites and portals. The exact quantity is determined by the package and property size. Virtual staging and video are available through selected packages or as add-on services.
How do I pay?+
A 30% deposit is paid when booking, and the remaining balance can be paid on the day of the shoot or when the photos are delivered. We accept cash, bank transfer, and Visa, Mastercard, American Express cards. Online payment is available through TBC Pay and BOG iPay.
Where do you work?+
The shoot always takes place at your property, never in the studio. For meetings, you may use Emma Studio's addresses: 29 Zovreti Street, Saburtalo, Tbilisi, or 70 Alexander Kazbegi Avenue. A real estate photographer in Tbilisi serves agencies and individual property owners. Conditions for shoots outside Tbilisi are agreed in advance.
What if I need to reschedule?+
Rescheduling is free when you let us know 48 hours in advance. In that case, we choose a new date together based on the availability of the property and photography team. For last-minute cancellations, the 30% booking deposit is nonrefundable. If weather or the property's readiness affects the plan, please contact us in advance.
