Do I need any permits?

We take care of all required permits. Special clearance is needed in central Tbilisi and near the airport.

What weather conditions allow flying?

Accepted Answer

We can't fly in rain or strong wind (25+ km/h). Overcast weather is perfectly fine.

Is a permit required?

Accepted Answer

Yes — central parts of Tbilisi (downtown, Mtatsminda Park, etc.) require Civil Aviation Agency approval. We hold a flying license, so obtaining permits and avoiding no-fly zones is entirely on us. Outside the city (Kakheti, Racha), restrictions are minimal.

What's included in the price — are there hidden fees?

The price you see on this page is final. It covers the shoot, hand-crafted retouching, high-resolution photo delivery, and an online gallery. Add-ons such as large-format prints, photo albums, or rush delivery are quoted separately and agreed upon in advance.

Question 5

How do I pay — what payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept cash, bank transfer, card payments at the studio (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and online payments via TBC Pay and BOG iPay. A small deposit (30%) is due at booking; the balance is paid on the day of the shoot or upon receiving your photos.

Where are you located? Is there parking?

Emma Studio is located at 70 Al. Kazbegi Avenue in Saburtalo, at the Vazha-Pshavela and Kazbegi intersection, right next to City Mall. There's free parking in front of the building - for larger groups we can fit 2-3 cars together. It's a 5-minute walk from Delisi metro station.

Question 7

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Accepted Answer

Rescheduling is free if you let us know at least 48 hours in advance. For last-minute changes or cancellations, the deposit is non-refundable, since the date was blocked and we couldn't take another client. In cases of emergency or illness, we approach things reasonably.
