Question 3

What's included in the price — are there hidden fees?

The price you see on this page is final. It covers the shoot, hand retouching, high-resolution photo delivery, and an online gallery. Extras such as large-format prints, photo albums, or rush delivery are quoted separately and agreed upon in advance.

How do I pay — what payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept cash, bank transfer, card payments at the studio (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and online payments via TBC Pay and BOG iPay. A small 30% deposit secures your booking; the balance is due on the day of the shoot or upon photo delivery.

Where are you located? Is there parking?

Emma Studio is located at 70 Al. Kazbegi Avenue, where Vake meets Saburtalo. There's free parking in front of the building — for larger groups we can fit 2–3 cars together. It's a 10-minute taxi ride from the city center and a 5-minute walk from Stadioni metro station.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Accepted Answer

Rescheduling is free with at least 48 hours' notice. For last-minute changes or cancellations, the deposit is non-refundable, since the date was blocked and we couldn't take another booking. In case of emergencies or health issues, we always take a reasonable approach.

Question 7

Who owns the rights to the photos after delivery?

Accepted Answer

You have full rights to the digital files — print them, post them on social media, share them, archive them. The only thing we ask is permission to feature select photos in our portfolio — and that happens only with your written consent. If you'd rather we didn't, we won't publish them.
