The details behind the production.
What makes this a full production service?
The scope includes technical planning, a production crew, camera direction, professional sound, graphics, connection testing and local recording. Each package specifies its production capacity and deliverables.
What happens if the internet connection drops?
We test the primary connection and prepare a contingency plan. Hybrid and higher packages include backup connectivity equipment; Broadcast also includes a backup encoder. Local recording continues independently of the internet. External network uptime cannot be guaranteed.
Can you produce a 4K stream?
The standard live output is Full HD. Camera ISO recording and 4K transmission are specified in the technical plan, subject to platform support and a suitable stable connection.
Can speakers join remotely?
Yes. Hybrid Conference includes up to 4 remote contributors and their technical checks. Additional guests, a separate moderator or parallel rooms are added to the agreed scope.
Can the event be private or embedded on our website?
Yes, using an agreed platform and access model. Paid licences, registration, ticketing and building a separate website are outside the standard package.
What files will we receive, and when?
The full programme recording is delivered within 2 business days. Hybrid includes 3 cuts within 7 business days, Broadcast 8 cuts within 10, and the two-day package 16 cuts within 15. Any additional editing and one consolidated revision round are specified in the written proposal.
How far ahead should we book?
Ideally 2-3 weeks before the event, and earlier for large or multi-day productions. Dates, crew and equipment availability are confirmed personally.
Which equipment is included?
The package-defined cameras, speaker audio, basic lighting, vision mixer, encoder and local recording system. Additional equipment is assembled for the project. Large stage AV systems, LED walls and rigging are quoted separately.
