1 guide
A clear routine for recording, checks and transferring files
Start with what you want to record
For one company, a studio means a weekly interview. Another needs internal podcasts, expert videos or learning sessions. We first establish the format, participant count and who will operate the recording. The room and equipment plan follows those decisions.
We begin with an inventory of existing equipment. A camera, microphone, work computer or light can remain part of the system if it passes the compatibility review. The purchase list separates what stays, what is missing, what is essential and what can be added later.
The room review considers audible internal and external noise, surfaces, layout, lighting and cable routes. A short test recording informs practical choices. This review does not replace formal acoustic measurement or an engineered sound-isolation design; any required specialist is separately appointed.
After setup, the team should know the daily routine: what to turn on, how to check the picture and sound, where recordings are stored and how to transfer the files. Integration packages therefore include training, an operating guide and a defined amount of remote follow-up.
What your room will do
AUDIO / CONVERSATION
Two to four speakers, separate microphones, monitoring and a clear recording routine. Equipment choices follow the conversation format and the conditions of the actual room.
VIDEO / INTERVIEWS
Two to four participants, agreed camera views, a background and lighting. We plan the audio-video connections and routine recording as one joined-up workflow.
OFFICE / FLEXIBLE USE
A meeting room that also becomes a recording space using an agreed layout. Placement and reset instructions help staff recreate the setup without making new guesses every session.
COMPANY / LEARNING / LIVE
Presenter, slides, screen and recording, or a test stream to one agreed platform. Live capability is confirmed after checking the internet connection, accounts and equipment requirements.

Equipment connected into one workflow
A studio is more than a device list. Who starts the recording? Where do they check the microphone? Which file must they copy when the session ends? Those answers should shape the layout and configuration. We prepare agreed settings, cable labels and a short guide. During training, your colleague works through startup, checks, recording and saving the files themselves.
Assessment, planning and practical setup
Each package has a different outcome. Assessment clarifies the choices; the plan specifies the system; integration packages connect approved equipment and train your team.
/01
We establish what you will record, how many people will speak and who will run the system. Audio, video, screen capture or test-stream requirements and the working language are agreed first.
/02
We review dimensions, noticeable noise sources, the background, light, furniture and access, and make a short test recording. The written findings describe observations and next steps, rather than a measured acoustic or sound-isolation rating.
/03
We list devices, connections and required access. Compatible items remain in the plan; limitations appear in the replacement or additions list. The final equipment combination is approved before purchase.
/04
The planning package maps participant, camera, microphone and light positions. The purchasing list identifies quantities, purpose, indicative prices, the date checked and suitable alternatives.
/05
We suggest practical changes to furniture, speaking positions and any movable materials needed. Acoustic measurement, sound-isolation design, construction, fixed mounting and electrical work are separately scoped with suitable specialists.
/06
During integration, we connect approved devices with standard cables and existing suitable power outlets. We configure recording channels, camera views and the operating setup. New electrical circuits, building wiring and structural changes are outside this service.
/07
We establish startup order, equipment labels, storage locations and file-transfer steps. Within the agreed system we check a test recording, open the file and make a backup copy.
/08
Integration packages include a test recording of up to 10 minutes and checks of the agreed sound, picture, synchronisation and storage. This tests the configuration; filming and editing a full podcast is a separate production service.
/09
We train designated staff, supply a concise guide and export settings where the system supports it. The number of remote follow-up sessions and their post-handover booking window are defined in your package.
What the room can be prepared for
Equipment and licence purchases need prior client approval. The package covers the agreed system and test, rather than account management, platform creation or operation of every future broadcast.
What stays with your team
PDF / LAYOUT / EQUIPMENT LIST
Depending on your package: assessment findings, or a room layout, equipment list with indicative prices and alternatives, audio-video connection map and cable list. These are not construction or electrical engineering drawings.
CONFIGURATION / TEST / CHECKLIST
Integration packages include device settings, labels, a test recording of up to 10 minutes and a startup-check-record-save guide. Settings exports are provided where supported by the device or software.
HANDS-ON TRAINING / REMOTE SESSIONS
Integration includes up to 2 hours of training for up to 2 staff; the full project includes up to 3 hours for up to 3 staff. Subsequent short remote sessions address the handed-over configuration and are scheduled in advance.
Starting professional service fees
900 / 2,500 / 4,500 / 8,500 GEL are starting fees for assessment, planning or integration services. Hardware, furniture, acoustic materials, software licences and third-party work are excluded. These are four alternative scopes, not four compulsory purchases in sequence.

Package amounts are professional service fees. All devices, furniture, acoustic materials, purchased cables and mounts, software licences, supplier delivery and other specialists’ work require separate approval. The client buys approved equipment directly; nothing is ordered without prior permission. Any reuse and credit for an assessment or plan already completed is agreed in the revised proposal before continuing. The final total, tax treatment, schedule and acceptance conditions are confirmed before booking.
Send room dimensions, a few photographs and an equipment inventory. Tell us who will speak and who will operate the recording. We will recommend an assessment, a plan, integration of an already prepared system or a complete planning-and-setup project.
Request a tailored proposalThe production process
Equipment is selected against confirmed needs. Onsite integration is scheduled once the agreed room, devices and access are ready.
We establish the format, participant count and everyday operator, review the room and existing equipment and identify visible constraints. The scope is then recorded in writing.
Where included, we prepare the layout, equipment and cable lists. You approve separate service and equipment budgets; specialist work and its schedule are defined separately.
After purchasing, delivery and other work are complete, we check that all required items are available. We connect approved devices, configure the workflow and perform the agreed test.
Your staff work through recording for themselves. We hand over the guide, files and test recording; remote follow-up is scheduled within the package’s session count and time window.
Good to know
No. From 900 GEL covers the room-assessment service: one room visit, an existing-equipment review and written recommendations. It is not the price of an equipped studio. Planning starts at 2,500 GEL, integration of ready equipment at 4,500 GEL and planning with full setup at 8,500 GEL. All equipment and materials have a separate budget.
No. Published prices are starting fees for our professional services. Cameras, microphones, audio equipment, lights, computers, cables, furniture, acoustic materials, software licences and third-party work are listed separately. The client buys directly against an approved list; nothing is ordered without your advance approval.
No. They cover different needs. Studio Plan includes the assessment; the full project includes assessment, planning and integration. Integration alone suits a client whose approved design, equipment and room are already ready. Reusing a previously completed component and any credit are agreed in writing before the next stage.
One prepared room of up to 30 m² in Tbilisi, with up to four speaking positions. We review space, noticeable noise, light and possible equipment positions. Floor area alone does not make a room suitable. Another room, a larger space or difficult conditions require a separately assessed scope.
The initial assessment is a visual review, observation of noise sources and a short test recording. It is not formal acoustic measurement, a noise-rating certificate or an engineered sound-isolation design. Where needed, that work is separately scoped with qualified specialists. We do not guarantee silence or a particular isolation rating.
Possibly. We need model details, connections, software and the current condition of each item. Compatible equipment stays in the plan and is checked by testing. Replacing incompatible or faulty equipment is a separate cost. The final combination and connection method should be confirmed before any new item is bought.
One room layout, participant and device positions, an itemised purchase list, price indications and key alternatives, an audio-video connection map and cable list. One consolidated revision is included for the same agreed brief. 3D renders, construction drawings, electrical design and onsite integration are outside this package.
The client approves the list and separate purchasing budget and buys directly from suppliers. The full project can coordinate the approved list with up to three suppliers. Listed prices are dated indications; stock, delivery, warranty terms and final prices are checked again before purchase.
When approved devices and cables have arrived and been checked, the room is accessible, furniture is in place, power is suitable, other work is complete and required accounts, licences and internet access are available. Readiness is checked before the visit. The integration team does not replace an electrician, builder or building-network specialist.
The standard limit is up to four microphones, three cameras and four lights, with one main audio system, one work computer and one video switcher, subject to agreed compatibility. We use standard audio-video cables and suitable existing power. Cutting walls, ceiling mounting, new electrical circuits and concealed building cabling require separately appointed specialists.
Yes, within integration packages. The 8-hour Equipment Integration visit includes up to 2 hours of training for up to 2 staff. The full project includes up to 3 hours for up to 3 staff within its integration visits. Staff practise startup, sound and picture checks, recording, file transfer and shutdown.
Assessment findings are delivered within 5 working days of the visit; the plan within 10 working days after the brief and assessment are complete. Integration alone has one agreed 8-hour visit, with handover files within 3 working days. Full-project handover is scheduled 10-20 working days after the room and equipment are ready. Ordering, delivery and other specialists’ work are outside those working periods.
Integration includes two remote sessions of up to 30 minutes within 14 calendar days of handover. The full project includes three such sessions within 30 calendar days. Sessions are booked in advance and address the handed-over configuration. They are not a 24/7 response service, a new system build or hardware repair.
The full project can include a private test stream to one approved platform using the same recording configuration. Internet access, account access, licences and device compatibility are checked first. Multiple platforms, complex remote guest arrangements, protected corporate networks or ongoing broadcast operation require a separate scope.
Depending on the package, we supply the plan or settings record, cable and device labels, an operating checklist and a test recording of up to 10 minutes. Settings exports are included where devices support them. Accounts remain in the client’s name; access is agreed only as needed, and passwords are not written into a public guide.
Yes. A new camera, another room, a different workflow or a software change needs its own compatibility review and proposal. Setup packages deliver an operating system and test. Professional podcast filming, direction, editing and regular broadcast operation can be booked as separate production services.
