CONFERENCES / FORUMS
Conversations with speakers
Planned interviews between stage sessions, with time to explore a subject beyond the presentation. Recording slots fit the event programme, with a position away from the main stage’s sound.

Podcasts at your location / Event conversations
Conference guests, exhibition participants and your own team bring valuable experience to one place. We set up a temporary podcast recording station there: cameras, sound, lighting and a planned guest schedule, followed by finished episodes and short videos.

The guests are there. The conversation needs a plan.
At a forum, experts, partners and people from your industry are already gathered in one venue. A podcast point gives you a place to record planned conversations: taking a stage topic further, sharing experience or examining one practical issue with a guest.
At an exhibition, the recording point can sit alongside a brand stand. In an office, several employee or guest episodes can be recorded in one day. Each conversation has its own subject, participants and allocated time. Our crew prepares the equipment and monitors recordings; event packages also include a coordinator to manage guest changes.
This is a temporary setup for recording conversations. Packages include temporary use of the stated recording equipment, the on-site crew and the listed finished files. A permanent company studio, a complete stage livestream and event photography are different production scopes.
We choose the position for sound as well as appearance. Corridors, event music, neighbouring stands and ventilation can be heard in a recording. We assess the conditions and look for a quieter area, a separate room or a different time. An open exhibition hall cannot be promised the sound isolation of a recording studio.
Four practical uses
CONFERENCES / FORUMS
Planned interviews between stage sessions, with time to explore a subject beyond the presentation. Recording slots fit the event programme, with a position away from the main stage’s sound.
EXHIBITIONS / BRAND STANDS
Your brand representative talks with invited guests. We adapt the recording setup to the allocated space and supplied brand assets. Stand construction, printing and organiser charges are planned separately.
COMPANIES / OFFICES
Founder, team and partner episodes in your own space. We bring temporary lighting, cameras and audio, prepare the conversation setup, then remove the equipment after recording.
ONE DAY / SEVERAL EPISODES
One host, several guests, a fixed set and prepared subjects. One production day gives you several finished episodes and short excerpts for your social channels.

Space & setup
For the standard two-person setup, allow approximately 4 × 4 metres of clear space, a safe power supply and room for cameras, lighting and protected cable routes. The final layout is agreed from photographs and a technical assessment; it must keep access routes clear. The client or venue normally supplies a table and two chairs; other furniture and backgrounds are agreed beforehand. A quiet room is preferable to a noisy hall. A portable backdrop does not provide sound isolation.
Equipment, crew and finished recordings
Every package defines its days, address, recording volume and file count. At a public event, a workable production schedule matters as much as the cameras.
/01
We identify episode subjects, contributors, the host’s role and maximum conversation lengths. The client invites the guests. We build question outlines from the client’s brief and verified facts.
/02
We review photographs, expected noise, power, event activity and the proposed recording area. A separate technical site visit, when required, is identified in your proposal.
/03
We bring the package’s cameras, microphones, recorders, lighting and cabling. We arrange the agreed existing space, test it and pack down afterwards. This is equipment use for production, not a purchase or permanent studio handover.
/04
The compact package has two views; the other packages have three. One camera is operated and the others are locked off. Coverage is agreed in advance; each angle does not come with its own moving camera operator.
/05
Both participants have individual microphones and separate recorded tracks. The audio producer tests levels and monitors the recording. We plan to reduce ambient noise, without promising to remove it completely.
/06
Recording follows booked time slots. On an office day, the audio producer and client manage the schedule together. The two event packages add a dedicated coordinator. Host and guest appearance fees are not included.
/07
We edit the camera coverage, finish audio and colour, and add supplied logos, names and a simple opening. Episodes are based on the recorded conversation; building a separate documentary story is another scope.
/08
We select the package’s short moments from each episode, edit them vertically with a standalone opening and add Georgian captions. Other languages and additional clips are quoted separately.
/09
Recordings are stored locally. At the end of the day, a second working copy is made before camera cards are reused. Finished videos and audio versions are delivered; working-file retention and extra media handover are agreed in advance.
Files for your publishing plan
Main videos are prepared in 16:9, vertical excerpts in 9:16, with separate audio versions. These packages cover local recording and subsequent editing. Livestreaming, account access, uploading and advertising budgets are separate.
The quantities are agreed beforehand
VIDEO EPISODES / 16:9
The package’s episode count and maximum running time, with multicamera editing, audio and colour finishing, and supplied brand titles. A 4K or Full HD delivery format is confirmed in your proposal according to the sources used.
AUDIO / WAV + MP3
A finished audio version of every main episode in WAV and MP3. Speech is recorded on location; ambient noise is assessed through the location review and an audible test recording.
SOCIAL CLIPS / 9:16
The stated quantity of 20-40-second Full HD vertical clips with Georgian captions. These are edited from the same recordings; a separate social filming day and publishing are not included.
From one episode to a two-day event
These starting budgets cover the listed scope. On-site crew time includes load-in, setup, testing, breaks and packing down. Recorded conversation time has a separate cap; unscheduled waiting does not add recording capacity.

Budgets include temporary use of the package equipment, the stated crew, travel to one Tbilisi address and the listed editing. Travel time is outside the on-site hours; travel outside Tbilisi and overnight accommodation are quoted separately. Responsibilities for the table, chairs, venue access, safe power, furniture and permissions are assigned beforehand. Paid floor space, stand construction, printing, organiser fees and host or guest appearance fees are excluded. A two-day project requires agreed secure overnight equipment space; if unavailable, repeated setup is separately quoted. Usage rights, sound conditions, the final total and tax treatment are confirmed in writing before booking.
Need more guests, several simultaneous recording points, another city or a live broadcast? We assess the location and programme first, then define the crew, achievable recording window, safe layout and finished outputs. A single podcast point is not a crew for several parallel stages.
Request a tailored proposalThe production process
Before the production date, we agree the location, programme, guest slots and technical responsibilities so that the guest’s time can be spent on the conversation.
Share the address, programme, location photographs, participant count and required files. We establish how many finished conversations fit the actual time available.
We review noise, the recording position, power and load-in. The client confirms guests and permissions; we prepare question outlines and an equipment layout.
We arrive within the agreed window, set up cameras, sound and lighting, and record a test. Guests change according to the schedule. A second working copy is made at the end of the day.
We edit episodes, audio versions and short excerpts. One client contact consolidates feedback. After the package’s review rounds, we deliver the finished files.
Good to know
Our crew comes to your office, conference or exhibition and builds a temporary recording point. We bring cameras, microphones, lighting and recorders, operate planned conversations, then edit the episodes listed in the package. Equipment is removed afterwards; a permanent studio installation is a separate service.
Starting budgets are 3,000 GEL for one on-location episode, 5,500 GEL for a three-episode office day, 9,500 GEL for a six-interview event point and 16,000 GEL for a two-day point. Prices cover the stated crew, time windows and finished files. The address, technical conditions and final total are agreed before booking.
We do not promise an isolated studio result in a noisy hall. Individual microphones and careful positioning help foreground speech, but music, neighbouring stands and ventilation may remain audible. We look for a quieter position or time beforehand; unsuitable conditions may require separately scoped isolation, another room or a different location.
Allow approximately 4 × 4 metres of clear space for the standard two-person setup, safe power and protected cable routes. Room shape and background distance affect the layout. The client or venue normally provides the table, two chairs, access and suitable working conditions. Final requirements are agreed through photographs and technical review.
On-site hours include load-in, setup, sound and lighting tests, breaks and packing down. Recorded conversations have a separate maximum. A five-hour event slot window does not mean five hours of published video: the six conversations are recorded for up to 25 minutes each and finished episodes run 12-15 minutes each.
All packages have two simultaneous participants: one host and one guest. Total unique participants are two for the compact package, four for the office day, seven for the one-day event and thirteen for two days. That assumes the same host throughout and respectively 1, 3, 6 or 12 guests. More people at once or another rotation needs a revised plan.
We prepare question outlines using the client’s brief and verified facts. The client supplies the host and guests; their invitations and appearance fees are excluded. A professional host can be separately scoped. In the two event packages, our coordinator manages already confirmed guest changes rather than selling sponsorships or recruiting an audience.
No. These packages cover local recording and later editing. A live broadcast needs a separate signal plan, platform access, internet testing, backup connectivity and an appropriate crew. It is technically scoped and quoted separately; the existing live-production service is not automatically bundled into a recording package.
The podcast-point crew is assigned to the agreed conversations, not simultaneous stage coverage, event roaming and photography. Main-programme livestreaming, video coverage of different areas and photography need separately scoped crews. We can coordinate them in one schedule with distinct budgets.
Supplied logos, name titles and simple video graphics are included. Printed branding, stand construction, furniture hire, a new set, floor-space charges and organiser fees are excluded. An existing branded background can be used after its size and placement are checked. An acoustically isolated booth is a separate project.
Late guests and an unprepared space use the agreed window. An extra hour costs 450 GEL for the two-person crew or 650 GEL for the three-person crew, subject to crew and venue availability. This extends on-site operation, not the number of edited episodes. Extra editing, another address and host fees are separately quoted.
All first edits for the stated batch are due in 7, 10, 12 or 15 working days, depending on the package, after recording and receipt of agreed assets. The first package includes one consolidated round; others include two per episode. Final delivery depends on client feedback. New recordings or a change of format add to the scope.
You receive the package’s video episodes, each episode’s WAV and MP3 audio versions and the stated number of vertical clips. Short clips have Georgian captions. Full main-episode captions and other languages are separate; subtitles in an additional language cost 250 GEL per started 10 minutes of one episode.
Recording is local. At the end of the day, we create a second working copy before camera cards are reused. Raw camera media and editing project files are not automatically delivered. Working media is retained for up to 30 calendar days after final handover; finished-file download links are shared for 14 days. Other storage or media handover is agreed in advance.
Local recording does not require internet; live broadcasts or remote guests need a separately tested connection. Travel to one Tbilisi address is included. Out-of-city transport, travel time and accommodation are quoted separately. Two-day events need agreed secure overnight space; rebuilding the setup or additional security may require a separate budget.
The client confirms guest participation, location access and rights to supplied brand material. We agree the channels, term, territory, music use and restricted subjects beforehand. Sponsorship sales, sales management and advertising placement are excluded; no particular views, guest attendance or sales outcome is promised.
