Start with the purpose of the lesson
You know the subject. We bring it to video.
A learner needs to find the right topic, hear the explanation and see the action. Before filming, we map the lesson list, likely running times and where a point needs a presenter, a slide, a screen recording or a practical demonstration.
Course filming has its own rhythm. We record complete sections, allow time for retakes and keep the light and framing consistent across the series. In the edit, we remove agreed mistakes and unnecessary pauses, add the required titles and prepare every lesson as a separate file.
The format might be an expert’s independent course, an academy’s lessons, internal staff training or a software tutorial. You bring approved subject knowledge, scripts and presentations. We help prepare that material for recording and manage its visual production.
A useful budget connects three things: the number of lessons, the total finished running time and the time needed on location. Your final proposal specifies all three limits, the exact deliverables and what would change the price or schedule.
What knowledge will you bring to the screen?
One production, different teaching tasks
01
EXPERT / INDEPENDENT COURSE
An expert’s online course
Lessons for consultants, trainers and specialists, built around their own examples and practical explanations. Begin with one teaching module and extend the series using its approved visual treatment.
02
ACADEMY / LESSON SERIES
An academy’s video lessons
Several modules, different lecturers and one consistent visual system. Clear lesson titles and file organisation make the material easier to upload and update later.
03
COMPANY / INTERNAL LEARNING
Staff training videos
New-starter introductions, product knowledge, service processes and internal instructions. We film an approved script and agreed working environment, with sensitive information replaced by test examples before recording.
04
SOFTWARE / PRACTICAL DEMONSTRATION
Tutorials and demonstrations
The presenter, screen recording and individual steps in one video. A software product, online service or practical process is demonstrated in a prepared environment, with visual emphasis and enough time to read each step.

The presenter, the sound and the explanation
Let the viewer hear it and see it.
Before recording, we check the delivery, slide readability and sequence of each screen demonstration. Some sections need the presenter; others need the screen or a close detail. We set the lighting, record clear speech and help the speaker maintain a natural pace. A teleprompter, additional camera operator or separate demonstration setup is scoped when the project calls for it.
A preparation discussion and a filming list for the lessons
Separate presenter and screen recordings in agreed formats
Microphone, on-screen text and a short test recording checked first
A consistent visual treatment throughout the module
Recording in manageable sections, with retakes within booked time
Slides, specialist terms and final wording approved by the client
What the production involves
From a lesson planto finished video files.
These packages film educational content prepared in advance. The technical approach, recording schedule and delivery list are agreed before work begins.
/01
Production scope
We list the lessons, their purpose and combined running time. We establish the intended learner, destination platform and the client contact responsible for approving the material.
/02
Preparing your material for camera
We review your approved outline, script and slides, marking transitions, demonstrations and breaks. Creating the subject content and designing the teaching programme require separately commissioned subject and learning specialists.
/03
Presenter preparation and direction
We help with position, eyeline and delivery pace. A short rehearsal and retakes take place within the package’s time allowance. Your own lecturer presents; a hired presenter or actor is separately agreed.
/04
Lighting and video recording
We choose the background and framing and maintain visual continuity. The first package uses one camera; higher tiers use a main camera and a fixed second angle. Separate operators for two moving cameras are an additional requirement.
/05
Speech recording and sound finishing
We use a microphone, check noise and intelligibility, balance the audio and synchronise it to the picture. A test recording helps assess the location; access to a suitable quiet environment is agreed in advance.
/06
Slides and screen capture
Prepared slides and a test screen can alternate with the presenter or appear together. You prepare software access, permissions, slides and anonymised demonstration data. Each package states the maximum number of supplied slides included.
/07
Editing and explanatory graphics
We shape lesson openings and endings, cut agreed pauses and add titles and a consistent layout. Higher packages include a stated number of simple visual callouts, such as an arrow, keyword or highlighted area. Complex animation is separately quoted.
/08
Captions and individual lessons
Every lesson is delivered as a separate MP4, with an SRT file for Georgian speech. You review terminology and names. Translation, voiceover and specialist accessibility adaptations are separately scoped.
/09
Review and agreed revisions
We deliver the first edit within the package’s timescale, collect one consolidated list of notes and prepare the revised files. A new script, extra lesson or reshoot is additional production rather than an included editing round.
Where your finished material can be used

Edited video lessons
Every lesson is a separate file with an agreed name and position in the course. Standard delivery is Full HD; higher resolution is arranged before filming. Maximum lesson count and total finished minutes are specified in your package.
SRT / GEORGIAN / FILE INDEX
Captions and clear organisation
A Georgian-speech SRT accompanies every lesson. We provide a module and file list. Additional languages, an editorially rewritten transcript and uploading to a learning platform are separately agreed.

A different scale in mind?
Send your lesson outline, estimated finished running time, presenter count and a sample slide or demonstration. We will plan the filming and clearly separate the material your team supplies from the production we deliver.
Even a short test section helps settle the delivery pace, slide size, framing and actual recording time needed.
01
Material and scope
Send the course outline, lesson list, script and sample presentation. We agree lesson count, total finished minutes, recording language, location and final files.
02
Test and filming plan
We prepare the framing and check sound, slide readability and screen capture. A short test section informs the recording order, breaks and daily production schedule.
03
Record the lessons
We record the agreed modules, presenter, screen and demonstrations. Retakes and presenter changes use the total time allowance; any extension is agreed before work continues.
04
Edit, review and handover
We prepare separate lessons, captions and a file index. You check terms and subject accuracy and send consolidated notes. Final videos follow the agreed revision rounds.
Good to know
The details behind the production.
How much does online course filming cost?
The Teaching Module starts at 1,500 GEL for up to 3 lessons, 20 finished minutes and 3 total hours on location. Other starting budgets are 3,500, 6,500 and 12,000 GEL. All scope limits apply together. The final total is confirmed after reviewing the material, location, language and additions.
What should I prepare before filming?
We need the lesson list, an approved script or detailed speaking outline, finished slides and a working demonstration environment. You approve subject accuracy and the rights to use the content. We help organise recording sections, visual continuity and the filming itself.
Can you write the course programme and lesson scripts?
These packages produce video from educational material you have prepared. The recording plan, shot order and splitting an existing script into camera-friendly sections are included. Subject research, learning objectives, programme design and writing the complete teaching text are outside these prices. Specialist contributions need a separate brief.
Does the lesson count or the running time determine the scope?
Both, together with total time on location. For example, the Mini Course allows up to 6 lessons, 45 finished minutes and one 6-hour day. Six lessons running to 70 minutes, ten lessons totalling 45 minutes, or extra filming time exceed that scope and are quoted in advance.
Do the stated hours mean camera recording time?
No. They are the crew’s total time at the location, including setup, lighting, sound tests, rehearsal, recording, breaks, presenter changes and pack-down. Actual recording time is shorter, so preparation matters. An extra hour with the same crew is 350 GEL and must be arranged in advance.
How many cameras and what delivery quality are included?
The Teaching Module uses one camera and agreed screen capture. Higher tiers use a main camera and a fixed second angle within one setup, rather than two independently moving camera operators. Standard finished files are Full HD MP4. A 4K handover, complex demonstration or additional operator is separately scoped.
Can the presenter and slides appear together?
Yes. We can alternate the presenter and slides, show them together or insert a software screen recording. Packages include up to 10, 25, 50 or 100 client-supplied slides. We agree a standard layout, titles and sizing; a complete presentation redesign and complex animation are additional work.
What if I have no experience on camera?
We begin with a short test, find a comfortable position and break the material into manageable sections. You can repeat sections within the booked time. Rehearsing beforehand helps maintain a natural pace. A teleprompter is considered for the script and format and quoted separately when needed.
Where do you film and who presents?
We agree a studio setup or suitable client space in Tbilisi. Prices cover one agreed address and your own presenters. We check quietness, lighting control, access and space for equipment. Location hire, another city, a second address, makeup and a hired lecturer or presenter’s fee are separately agreed.
Are captions and other languages included?
Each package includes a separate SRT for Georgian speech in every lesson. You review specialist terms, names and numbers. One additional caption language, including translation, is 200 GEL per block of up to 10 finished minutes. Filming in another language, voiceover and specialist accessibility adaptations are separately quoted.
When will I receive the course and how many revisions are included?
The first edit is delivered in 7, 10, 15 or 20 working days, depending on the package, counted from the final shoot and receipt of all agreed material. The first tier has one consolidated revision round; the others have two. One round combines notes across all lessons. Final delivery depends on prompt feedback; new scripts and fresh recording are additional work.
Can we update an individual lesson later?
Yes. Lessons are handed over as separate files, allowing a replacement to be planned. New filming requires a new visit and matching the existing treatment. Editing an extra lesson of up to 10 minutes from available footage costs 300 GEL; source availability and the changes needed are checked first.
Do you provide the LMS, course sales and certificates?
These packages deliver video and agreed supporting files. A learning platform, accounts, payment handling, tests, certificates, advertising and sales are separate work. We check the intended upload specifications in advance, but do not promise a particular number of sales, views or learning outcomes.
How are permissions, personal data and original recordings handled?
The client prepares test accounts, removes personal data and secures required permissions for participants, slides, software and third-party materials. Channels of use and music are agreed in writing before filming. Camera originals, project files and storage periods are not automatically bundled; any required handover and retention terms must be specified in advance.
