In a physical store the product speaks for itself - you pick it up, turn it around, feel it. Online, a single photo does all of that. If the frame is blurry, the light is yellow and the background is random - the shopper picks your competitor, not your product. A quality product photo is the first and often the only argument of an online sale.
Product photography is a technical craft: light that does not reflect off glass and does not “burn” on metal; colour that looks on screen exactly as it does in real life; composition that gives the product character. We work with everything from cosmetics to electronics, jewellery to food - every material needs its own lighting scheme, and we know them.
The format is dictated by your channel: white background and transparent PNG for marketplaces; lifestyle compositions for ads and social media; flat lays and 360° views for online stores. We shoot several formats in one session so your content covers every channel.

Individual lighting scheme
Glass, metal, fabric or liquid - every material reflects light differently. We build the lighting separately for each product so reflections stay controlled and texture stays visible.

The e-commerce standard: a clean white background and a transparent PNG version for marketplaces. Background removal is included - you receive upload-ready files.

10-30 hand-retouched photos
Depending on the package - 10, 20 or 30 frames: colour correction, retouching, removal of dust and stray reflections. The colour on screen matches the product exactly.

You send us the product list and references - we agree on formats (white background, lifestyle, 360°), quantity, deadline and the exact price.

Preparation
You bring the products to the studio or send them by courier. We prepare the scene - cleaning, styling, a lighting scheme for each material.

The shoot
2-4 hours per session - white-background frames systematically, lifestyle compositions individually. For a series of similar products the price per unit goes down.

Delivery
Colour correction, retouching, background removal - and within 3-5 working days the full collection in an online gallery, in upload-ready formats.

For similar products 10-20 units per session, for varied ones 5-10. Simple single-background shots (4 angles) can reach 30-50 products per day. We will count the exact number together at the consultation.
In what format will I receive the photos?+
High-resolution JPEG and PNG - white-background frames also with a transparent background. RAW files are provided when needed. Everything comes in marketplace-ready formats.
How do I get the products to you?+
Bring them to the studio or arrange a courier - after the shoot we return the products in exactly the same condition.
Do you do 360° shoots?+
Yes - e-commerce 360° rotation for online stores, 10-20 products per day. The price depends on the project volume and is agreed in advance.
Does the price per unit drop on large orders?+
Yes - the unit price decreases with volume. For a large catalogue (50+ products) we prepare an individual offer.
What is included in the price - any hidden fees?+
The price you see on the page is final. It includes the shoot, styling, hand retouching, background removal and the online gallery. Extras (360°, video, express delivery) are priced separately and agreed in advance.
How do I pay - which payment methods do you accept?+
We accept cash, bank transfer, card payment at the studio (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and online payment via TBC Pay and BOG iPay. A small deposit (30%) is due at booking; the rest on the day of the shoot or when you receive the photos. We also issue invoices for legal entities.
