How many product videos are produced per session?
For similar products, 3–5 videos; for varied ones, 1–3. The number depends on complexity.
Can the video include narration or explanations?
Yes — we create both music-driven and voice-over explainer videos. We can record narration as well.
How long should my video be?
Instagram Reel/TikTok — 9–15 seconds. YouTube ad — 15–30 seconds. Product hero video for your website — 30–60 seconds. Explainer video — 60–120 seconds. Each format is produced separately. The standard package includes 3 formats from a single shoot.
What's included in the price — are there hidden costs?
The price you see on this page is final. It covers the shoot, hand-editing, delivery of the final materials in high resolution, and an online gallery. Additional services (large-format printing, photo albums, rush delivery) are priced separately and agreed upon in advance.
How do I pay — what payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfer, card payments at the studio (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and online payment via TBC Pay and BOG iPay. A small deposit (30%) is due at booking; the balance is paid on the day of the shoot or upon delivery.
Where are you located? Is there parking?
Emma Studio is located at 29 Zovreti Street in Saburtalo. Our second address is 70 Alexander Kazbegi Avenue.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Rescheduling is free with at least 48 hours' notice. For last-minute changes or cancellations, the deposit is non-refundable — your date was blocked off and we couldn't take another client. In cases of emergency or illness, we approach things reasonably.
