How do I choose who to interview?
Pick happy customers who express themselves well. We'll help them prepare — but we never write a script.
What if the interviewee is nervous?
That's completely normal! We start with casual conversation and create a relaxed atmosphere. Within 2-3 minutes, everyone settles in.
My customer is camera-shy — what do we do?
Our interviewer (an in-house director) spends 10-15 minutes chatting with them off camera first. After that, people usually forget the camera is even there. We can use a teleprompter if you prefer a scripted approach — but natural speech almost always works better. The goal is a story that feels alive, not acted.
What's included in the price — are there hidden fees?
The price you see on the page is final. It covers the shoot, hand retouching, high-resolution photo delivery, and an online gallery. Extras (large-format printing, photo albums, rush delivery) are quoted separately and agreed upon in advance.
How do I pay — what payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfer, card payments at the studio (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and online payment via TBC Pay and BOG iPay. A small deposit (30%) is required at booking; the balance is due on the day of the shoot or upon receiving your photos.
Where are you located? Is there parking?
Emma Studio is located at 29 Zovreti Street in Saburtalo. Our second address is 70 Alexander Kazbegi Avenue.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Rescheduling is free with at least 48 hours' notice. For last-minute changes or cancellations, the deposit is non-refundable, since your date was blocked and we couldn't take another booking. In cases of emergency or illness, we handle things reasonably.
