Adding a photo session to the calendar is only the first step. If you would like to book a photo session in Tbilisi, you can contact the studio by phone, WhatsApp, or through the contact page. There is no public online form. After receiving your request, the studio checks availability, confirms the agreed details, and sends you a private link with your booking information. The next stages are preparation, the photo shoot, image selection, retouching, and delivery of the final files.
The length of the entire process depends on the service you choose. An individual photo session takes 1-2 hours, and the edited photos are ready within 3-5 business days. A family photo session lasts 1.5-2 hours, with the results delivered within 5-7 business days. If you rent the studio independently, you choose the number of hours you need, while photo editing and delivery are not included in the service. When contacting the studio, it is therefore important to specify not only your preferred date but also the type of service and the required duration.
Which service should you book?
Before booking, decide whether you need a complete service with a photographer or only an equipped space with backdrops and lighting equipment. Your choice will determine how the shoot is organized, as well as the number of final images and the delivery timeframe.
Individual photo session starts at 250 ₾ and lasts 1-2 hours. The package includes:
- a pre-session style consultation;
- professional lighting and backdrops;
- different backdrops as needed;
- 10-15 retouched photos;
- high-resolution files;
- an online gallery.
Family photo session starts at 350 ₾. The shoot lasts 1.5-2 hours. The service includes:
- a consultation on coordinating outfits;
- a studio or outdoor location shoot;

- high-resolution files;
- an online gallery for the whole family.
If you have your own photographer or are managing the production yourself, you can choose studio rental. Prices start at 120 ₾, and the space is rented by the hour. You will have access to more than 130 sq. m of space, a cyclorama, colored backdrops, a makeup room, and a changing room. The studio is equipped with Godox AD400Pro II, AD600Pro II, and LA300R LED lights. The package also includes Wi-Fi, electricity, tea, coffee, and water.
1. Booking: choosing the date, time, and duration
To make a booking, call +995 593 455 678, send a WhatsApp message to the same number, or contact us through the contact page. When getting in touch, specify the service you want, your preferred date and time, and the required duration. The studio operates with hourly slots, and booking hours are 10:00-19:00 Tbilisi time.
It is not possible to select a time independently through a public online form. Sending a request does not mean that the slot has been confirmed. The studio will check the schedule, agree on an available time with you, and only then send you a private link where you can review the booking details.
Choose the duration according to the service:
- allow 1-2 hours for an individual photo session;
- allow 1.5-2 hours for a family photo session;
- studio rental time is calculated by the hour.

The three main details needed for a booking are written in Georgian, English, and Russian as follows:
- KA: თარიღი, საათი, ხანგრძლივობა;
- EN: date, time, duration;
- RU: дата, время, продолжительность.
2. Confirmation: checking the selected details
The confirmation stage begins after you send your request. At this point, three key details are checked: the service, the selected date, and the number of hours. The type of package determines both how much time you will spend in the studio and how many retouched photos you will receive.
After confirmation, the studio sends a private link with your booking details. Check that the service, date, start time, and duration are correct. If any detail does not match what was agreed, or if you would like to change something, notify the studio in advance by phone, WhatsApp, or through the contact page.
There is no separate confirmation timeframe stated in hours or business days. This stage is therefore not added to the photo delivery timeframe. The 3-5 or 5-7 business days are counted from the date of the shoot.

3. Preparation: what is decided before the shoot

The family photo session package includes a consultation on coordinating outfits. Its purpose is to ensure that everyone’s clothing works well together visually. You should also decide in advance whether you prefer a studio setting or an outdoor location, as both options are available.
A lengthy preparation plan is not necessary. For the booking process, it is enough to know in advance:
- how many people will take part in the shoot;
- whether you need a portrait, family, or newborn photo session;
- whether you want a studio setting or an outdoor family shoot;
- how many hours you need to book;
- whether you need the complete service or only the studio space.
Preparation details may vary depending on the chosen concept, but the main purpose of this stage is to review and align the agreed information. This avoids spending time redefining the overall direction on the day of the shoot.
4. The day of the shoot: how much time to allow
For an individual portrait, allow 1-2 hours in the studio. Professional lighting and backdrops are used during this time. Several different backdrops can also be used if needed, giving the final gallery more visual variety.
A family photo session lasts 1.5-2 hours. The service includes group photos of the whole family as well as individual images of each participant. If you have selected an outdoor location, the session takes place outside the studio.
When renting the studio, the booked hours cover only the use of the space and the items listed in the package. This service does not include image selection, retouching, or delivery. You should therefore plan your photographer’s or production team’s work so that it fits within the rented time.

5. Photo selection and retouching
Image selection begins after the shoot. The final set from a portrait session includes 10-15 retouched photos. The family package includes 20-30 edited images.
There are no separate timeframes for selection and retouching. Both are completed within the overall photo delivery period:

- family photo session: 5-7 business days.
The difference in delivery time also reflects the number of final images. A family gallery contains more photos, including group compositions and individual images of each participant. Before delivery, the selected images are retouched and the files are prepared for the online gallery.
6. Delivery: what you will receive and when
After a portrait session, you will receive 10-15 retouched photos within 3-5 business days. The files will be provided in high resolution and uploaded to an online gallery.
Photos from a family session are ready within 5-7 business days. The final set includes 20-30 retouched photos, high-resolution files, and an online gallery for the whole family.
No delivery is required when renting the studio because this service includes only the space and the listed equipment. Your photographer or production team is responsible for working on the photos and storing the files.
